2010 Workbond Refund Policy

All Families are REQUIRED to participate in the operation of our concession stand. This will be a minimum of 3 hours (subject to change)per child registered to play.
Work Bond Policy: Due to the limited response for volunteer help. A Work Bond fee of $50.00 per family will be charged. Volunteer assignment must be completed and refund verification submitted by July 30th, 2010. No refunds will be made before this date. Each Family will be assigned a specific day/time for concession stand volunteer duty. If you are not available you must notify your team parent who will arrange another day/time for you. If you do not complete your assigned time(s) your Work Bond will be forfeited. If your child is chosen to play for an All-Stars Summer Tournament team you will be require to work additional hours as well. Refund Pick-Up dates will be on Saturday, July 31st , 2010 and August 21st, 2010. If any Work Bond Funds are not claimed by August 31st, 2010, they will be forfeited and considered a donation to the RT Baseball program. YOUR HELP IS NEEDED.
