2010 Baseball Season
Welcome RT Baseball Team Parents,
Thank you for volunteering to assist the Rockaway Township Baseball Association this season. You are a vital link between the RTBA and Players.
Team Parent Responsibilities:
1. Share information with players and parents via the attached flyers and email lists.
2. Make sure that your team works the Peterson Field Concession Stand at the allotted time.
3. Collect Code of Conduct, Medical and Picnic Reservation forms.
4. Distribute and collect Home Run Raffle booklets.
5. Speak with the manager to determine how you can best assist him/her and his/her coaches; snack schedule, email and phone chain, parade day, picnic day, picture day, etc.
Enclosed with this packet is a roster for your team. Check with your manager to confirm that there have not been any changes made to the roster. If you have any questions throughout the season, please contact your division’s team parent coordinator.
Please join us at our monthly Booster Club Meetings at the RT Muni Bldg on the 2nd Monday of every month and keep an eye on our website for important information and current events at www.RTbaseballweb.org.
